Orange Pineapple Carrot Smoothie

    This smoothie is so healthy and easy to make. I used freshly squeezed orange juice but you can use whatever orange juice you have. I always leave my ingredients in the fridge over night so its cold, you could also add ice! Ingredients 1 pineapple, peeled, corded and chopped 3-4 carrots, chopped 6 navel oranges, juiced (yields around 3 cups) Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
